1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Burger Khan. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (burgerkhan.co.in), our physical dine-in/takeaway restaurant located at Gondra Circle, Godhra, Gujarat 389001, and our direct communications.
By visiting our website, dining at our restaurant, or placing takeaway and delivery orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Dine-In, Takeaway & Kitchen Operations
Burger Khan is founded on our 3rd-generation bakery heritage and culinary standards founded by Heena Parvin. We welcome guests at our outlet at Gondra Circle, Shera, Godhra, Gujarat.
- 100% Halal Certified: All meats, chicken, and ingredients used in our kitchen are 100% Halal certified and prepared under strict sanitary conditions.
- Fresh-Cut Preparation: We prepare burgers using freshly baked buns daily and 0% pre-frozen meat patties. Preparation times may vary during peak rush hours (e.g. weekend evenings).
- Dine-In Conduct: We are committed to a family-friendly, welcoming dining environment. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying disruptive or abusive behavior.
3. Online Ordering & Delivery
Online food ordering and doorstep delivery across Godhra are primarily fulfilled via authorized delivery partner Zomato as well as direct phone orders via +91 97271 77602.
- Orders placed through Zomato are subject to Zomato's respective terms of service, delivery policies, rider tracking, and cancellation terms.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather, traffic, and high demand.
- Please ensure accurate delivery addresses and reachable contact numbers when placing orders.
4. Pricing, Billing & Payments
All prices displayed on our in-store menu boards and website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- We accept cash, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major debit/credit cards at our counter.
- Prices for dishes may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be billed at the rate agreed at the time of placement.
5. Food Allergens & Dietary Information
⚠️ Allergen Notice: Our kitchen prepares food items containing gluten (fresh wheat buns), dairy (cheese, milkshakes, sauces), sesame seeds, and eggs. If you have severe food allergies, please inform our service team before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, graphics, photography, food recipes, and content published on this website are the intellectual property of Burger Khan. No portion of this website may be reproduced, cloned, or redistributed without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Godhra, Panchmahal District, Gujarat, India.
