When we looked closely at conventional fast-food outlets, we noticed a disappointing shortcut: almost everyone was relying on factory-frozen patties, preserved meats, and pre-packaged ingredients. We wanted to do something genuinely different.

Our founding belief was simple: If we can make it fresh, why use frozen?
